I founded Airtist back in 2019. What started as a small, on the side branding gig slowly evolved into my passion project thanks to one very smart question from a coworker.

The question he asked me? Something along the lines of: "If anything was possible and all jobs paid the same, what would you do with your days?"

I didn’t have an answer right away, but it definitely got me thinking. After a few days of carrying the question around with me, I finally found the answer: if anything was possible, I’d want to spend my time creating whatever makes me happy. No deadlines, no external pressure, no client revisions. Turning that into a way to make a decent living -- that would be the ultimate dream.

At first, my inner critic dismissed my dream as a childish fantasy. But then I realized that taking the first step towards getting there was to just get moving. 

And now, here we are! Years later, I’m still not making a full living from selling art prints, but I'm having a lot of fun finding my voice and improving with every piece I create. And if you happen to love what I make? Well, that’s the best bonus I could ask for.
